Who’s who at Go M.A.D
Graham McClure- Project Manager

Graham founded Go MAD in 2008. He has been travelling to East Africa for 15 years now, and Musoma has become somewhat of a second home. When he’s not in Africa, he is managing Go Make A Difference arranging for teams to visit; he will be spending a lot of time preparing you for your trip and with you while you are away. Initially you’ll probably think he’s a little eccentric, but he’ll soon grow on you.

Irene McClure- A Go MAD trustee
Irene is married to Graham, and helped found Go MAD. She spends a lot of her time involved in the healthcare side of our work, and this is her real passion. When she’s not consumed with Go MAD, she works in the Oncology unit at Guys Hospital in London. She will be involved in your pre trip training and in keeping in touch with you while you are away. She does a lot behind the scenes, so you’ll probably get an email or two from her.

Abbi Burt- Deputy Manager
Abbi grew up in Africa as a child and has been travelling back there ever since, at any opportunity she gets. She was a volunteer on a 3 month trip to Musoma Tanzaniain 2011, and ever since this trip she has been working for Go MAD. Abbi helps to organise the trips and run Go MAD in the UK, as well as travelling out with teams to orientate them into Tanzanian Go MAD life. You will be in contact with her a lot as she prepares you for your Go MAD adventure. Email Abbi if you have any questions or enquiries!
