Short Term Trips to Tanzania
Go MAD run a number of short trips over the summer to Musoma Tanzania and Zanzibar. They each have a core activity that you will focus on but you will also be given the opportunity to take part in some other projects. Each trip will also include a trip to the Serengeti. Whilst out there you will also probably over lap and interconnect with other Go MAD teams
Tearfund trip (2-3 week trip)
Core activity: Building
Dates: 7th-28th July 2012
Description: On this trip you will have opportunities to build a water tank, work in the local orphanage, teach in the primary school, organise sporting events and explore the local area. For more information or to apply for this trip please visit the Tearfund website by clicking here

Annie Venn’s team (4 week trip)
Core activity: Building a house
Dates: 22nd June-21st July 2012
Description: The aim for this trip is to build a new, brick house for an Anglican pastor and his family before their current house falls down. This will provide them with shelter, security as well as clean water. To apply for the trip please fill out an application by clicking here

Rehema Team (4 week trip)
Core activity: Rehema
Dates: 22nd June – 21st July
Description: On this trip you will work with Rehema helping with card making and in the cafe. You will also visit the Kindergarten which is one of the places Rehema supports. You will also visit some of the women that Rehema works with gaining an insight in to their lives. There will also be the opportunity to help build a water tank for one of the women Rehema work.
